I agree with Juriaan, what are your goals? Manage a health condition? Lose weight? Gain weight? Gain muscle? Gain more energy?

I am not sure that starving yourself is the best thing you can do, if your goal is to also remain healthy and hold on to a diet for more than a few days. Your body needs a balanced nutrition to keep itself going and mot get ill. Also, what's the goal of this diet? Is this your first time on a diet or did you try it before? If you did, how did it play out for you?

Yes, if you need help with a diet we need a lot more information.

First off, what is your goal with a diet? (lose weight, gain weight, gain energy, etc....)

What are your stats? (How much do you currently eat, what do you eat, what is your weight, what is your body composition)

What kind of problems are you having with your diet? (emotional over eating, anorexia, a lack of knowledge and poor habits, etc....)

Be as specific as possible and I'll try to give you some advice.

The best bet for successfully dieting is setting specific goals. What do you want to accomplish during this time? What are the pros and what are the cons? You want to make this a healthy diet and not turn anorexic or develop another eating disorder. Don't become entrapped in your change of behavior. Take it slow! Drastically changing your lifestyle won't make it any better. Use baby steps.

First you should make a diet plan. In you diet you must stay away from the carbohydrates diet and spicy food. You just take the home made food. As far as you should drink plenty of water daily.

I agree with Alber. Making a plan for just about anything greatly increases your ability to succeed. If you think about your work responsibilities and deadlines, it is likely you have them prioritized. This should be the same way with your diet plan. Make sure you have a balanced plan. You don't want to completely lay off what you are used to, as it may backfire. Go easy. For example, my brother drinks 2 soda's a day. As a way to gradually become healthier, he is going down to 1 soda every other day for two weeks. Now, that may not sound like very much, but it isn't a shock to his system. What I am getting at is slowly change your habits and your body will be more receptive of them. Water is great, also! It is so good for you and gives you energy.

Hi there,

If you have trouble sticking to a diet you may want to look at not only what you eat but WHY you eat. If people are trapped with emotional eating it can be very difficult to stick to a diet unless they deal with the psychological side of eating first.

Good luck,

You must include those food in your diet which contain the low carb, minerals and nutrition. You should also avoid to eating junk food.
