For $10 US, you can get her book in Kindle format. What incentive does she have to tell all in a forum?

unfortunately i live in a third world country and i really want to buy that book but i cant .
we dont have any credit card .
i really like to read that book but there is no way for me

another problem is amazon said kindle version is only for British

is there anybody who tried DTI ?

Where are the people with creative imaginations and a strong sense of curiosity about deep trance issues? Where are the people who delight in critical conversations where their treasured thoughts may be shown to be partially incorrect. This field, especially deep trance should be innovative. The surface has barely been scratched and is at a level that has not changed in 50 years. Nobody wants to put the effort in with critically looking at different hypotheses and maybe insights will come from those.
