more concerns...

Thanks so much for your quick response.

I really feel like im on a total mental downward spiral. Since i have started prozac again (which has been for a few days only) i have had more constant attacks than before. My doctor said that anxiety will be expected for the first few days (she has given me Xanor to take to combat this) and will then subside once my body is used to the new medication. Is this correct?

I really don;t want my body to become reliant on so much medication at such a young age.

Hi,

i took Prozac before and stopped because of what you are experiencing i couldnt handle being more anxious, but It does go away I just couldnt wait for that. Im sure if you are still having trouble have a word with your doctor and see if they can change them to some different ones :)

Take care

Thanks so much for your response hun,

After you had stopped Prozac did you continue with it so that the anxiety went away or did the anxiety stop from you having stopped the medication?

How long did it take til you started feeling less anxious just so i have a round about estimate of wen i should consult my doctor?

Thanks :D

I stopped a couple of days after starting and went back to him and he said that they can make you like that for a few days. i was then given a different type and found that a lot better. I would keep with them for a bit if you can handle the anxiousness so so, I couldnt but I think I may well have brought a lot of it on myself you can never tell :?

But take care and let me know how you go
