Depression causing voices in my head?

Hi guys,
I'm desperate for help! I've been dealing with stress for a while. I've been taking tranquilizer pills. I sleep better but I still have this sorrow, like I can't cope with life any more.
There're voices in my head, I can't understand them, like lots of people talk at the same time?
Should I go see a doctor? Is that because of the pills?

There could be some kind of reactive depression causing you delusions

You have to see a doctor as you may need medicine

However you should also learn how to overcome depression without drugs , natural way

And you can get good answers on the forum
