This article on Computer Games & Brain Development says that 'computer games tend to damage brain of teenagers by stunting the developing mind'

Playing computer games affects the ability to control anti social elements of their behaviour.

Ive been doing nothing except for playing video games, and using chat programs since I was 9 years old, and im not anti-social!
