Try to think more positive, think from the view of others. Practically, you may do some voluntary works during the weekend. Specifically, you can visit and serve poor people and elderly. This may help you

You need to stop thinking negatively of others. If they treat you unfairly then try to put yourself in their shoes and try to understand their motivation.

Exercise such as meditation might help to calm your emotion and better your EQ

Just be more caring around everyone you interact with, that's meaningful, is not an exercise it's a work... Over time. Understand others and yourself better because you CARE about everyone's well-being and growth over time. Just try not be so busy that you don't make time to reflect over all interaction. There's always room for improvement; That's not criticism, but a simple truth. Not that YOU can in and of yourself make everything better, but you have your part, and you can always improve. Sorry, rereading this it sucks! This existence is enormous, try harder to understand it, how you came to exist (history), and constantly reevaluate it. Grow, caring more about ALL not poetic ideals. When it's all about you, you become a frawd... You don't grow, you just put on a show for people around you.

Hope this helps!
