I bought a book in Türkistan named 10 years younger in 30 days. Writer who is a prof claims if you are stuck with his 30 days plan you will feel physically and psychologically healtier have more energy and live longer. My question if i read this book can i subconsciosly want to do the opposite of what must be done? :D
