Anonymous online study on dreams and depression - chance to win a £30 Amazon voucher

Hello, are you aged over 18 and experiencing symptoms of depression?

If so, would you be interested in taking part in an anonymous online study on the link between daily stress, dreams and mood in depression? It's for my MSc Psychology research study.

It should take around 20 mins in total, in three stages. At the end, you can enter a draw to win a £30 Amazon voucher. (The prize draw is on a separate web page so your email wouldn't be linked to your survey answers).

You can take part using this link: https://uelpsych.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/f ... 58Ey8Zs70p

Many thanks,

Sarah

Looks like this study may be over.

You are not obliged to take part in this study and are free to withdraw at any point up to 15th June 2018.

Dreaming and sleep go hand in hand, but a new study on sleep and mental health suggest that those who experience dreamless slumbers may be at risk for a number of health concerns, including depression.

Interesting. I have chronic insomnia and it's rare these days for me to remember a dream.

I don't think there's such a thing as dreamless sleep, though. It's a matter of recall.
