Thinking about asking my aunt for a therapist tonight!

No, she wouldn't, but I would.
I would feel as if I'm asking to much.
I would feel guilty for asking her for a therapist.

And what do you mean by "hope that you are doing OK right now"?

I feel worthless, and as if my existence is a mere nuisance, if thats what your asking.

What I meant was, I know what I am discussing with you is intense, and I wanted you to know that I mean you only well. And I hope you feel OK, and know that I am writing this because I want you to feel OK.

There are times when it can feel like it doesn't matter to anyone else if you are feeling OK or not.

I wasn't asking asking, just letting you know that I hope you are doing OK.

Good.

Sleep well (unless you are in a part of the world where it is daytime).

I'll check in tomorrow.

Ignore this post, and my one before... It was all a misunderstanding.

This is the most important part.
You must take some time to find a theripst had to many my self who, well were not what I needed. Find one who you deeply respect, some will even give you free consultation. I don't care how old or young you are, go find several on your own and ask them questions. This forum is a very good place to start.

If you are old enough to work you might consider a job, for it would be thereputic and you could pay for your own therepy or help your aunt do so. Finally it always makes therepy more worth while if you put all you can into it. So get a job if you can.
