Weed panic attack 4 months effects

Postby Peasco » Tue May 09, 2017 2:31 am

Hi I'm not a smoker , but one time I smoked with two guys , I did about 10 hits it was first time for me smoking strong weed so after ending smoke 3 mins later I started feeling weird and had a huge panic attack so I didn't know what to do , in morning I felt like hangover and exremlely depressed after one week I kept got mood swings , I was so happy that the depression went away , and then later I felt depressed again and last two months it felt stable with mild change in mood so know I don't know if I'm causing those mood change by think about them , or weed caused me bipolar disorder , so it's been 4 months now I felt way better than before but I went on cruise for a vacation when I came back I felt , like it got a little bite worse , thank you for response

you should understand where panic attacks come from. Panic attacks are mostly likely to happen to people with high levels of interoceptive sensitivity. Some steps of panic attack is normal variation in heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, etc. so i don't think its a side effect of weed.
