Hi, this isn't for me, it's for my girlfriend. She's asked for my help. She is incredibly depressed and has severe ptsd and anxiety. We're in a long distance relationship. She was emotionally and sexually abused for much of her life and it has really taken it's toll on her. She desperately wants help but feels like she has to do it alone because being with friends or family makes her feel worse. What's something she can do to help herself? She eats super healthy and actively practices meditation, working out, and yoga, but nothing seems to help.
