It's online dating so it can be pretty easy to handle this kind of situation. Just make sure whenever you respond you refer to "in the future" or "one day" and then insert what you are looking for in a boyfriend.
Example:
"For me, when I do find a boyfriend he will enjoy cooking with me. There is nothing better than spending time together fixing a meal."
This makes it absolutely clear he is not your boyfriend. It is future tense. And it is something he cannot do online. He can't be with you to cook a meal.
And the next time he says you are "his girl" or "my future girlfriend" just ask, "Have you ever had a girlfriend online?"
His response doesn't matter. If he says yes or no, you use his response as an opportunity to clarify, "Not me, I only have friends online. I don't believe in online boyfriends. For me, a boyfriend is only possible if he can be with me to physically hang out."
If he continues then you probably are better off no longer chatting. If he can't take the hint, then you will be getting involved in a person that is not yet socially mature.
