Anxiety issue, need some advice

Postby Fidel677 » Wed Mar 15, 2017 10:15 pm

I have a good job, some friends (obviously introvert) and love to hang out with people.

But usually when I need to have a conversation in a group (even if we're 3 together) my brain goes off and I feel as if I do not need to have any input in the conversation. It puts me a weird position, because sometimes when I am at the business meeting my colleague does all the talk and I am just nodding my head.

I also get the same feeling when I need to talk to the people that above me at work. Somehow I let them feel superior over me.

What the heck is wrong with and how could I treat it?

You have an introverted personality, you have a good side, you can listen to other people, extroverts have the good side that they can communicate, It is important to have a balanced personality, Learning to be introverted to listen to other people and learning to be extroverted to communicate to other people

You can practice with those who are more introverted than you, when you see someone shy, you can approach that person and talk to him, surely, his profile is introverted because he has no experience, and if you talk to him, maybe you can help him lose his timides and Same time to develop your most extroverted side, everything is practice question
