No one's going to come after you for a wrong phone number, desperate.

I hope you didn't send money? Anyway, calling on Monday seems like a good idea.

Yes, I understand that panicky feeling that we've done something wrong and think we're going to pay dearly for it.

Why do you think you're spending "idiotically"?

Saving money and eating only good foods are two wonderful goals. You'll feel so much better when you get started.

Do you exercise regularly? You might find the worry doesn't seem so big if you get out and go for a fast walk, or go swimming or something.

Indeed food we choose is important for our health the problem is I always tend to eat junk it's a struggle to be on the healthy side for me. I don't exercise I'm lazy I have doubts about its benefits in my case and special condition I don't swim neither like to walk but I have doubts about it too

I think that's down to your anxiety. Quick comfort food is so much easier to grab when we're feeling rotten about life generally.

I don't exercise I'm lazy

I don't believe you're lazy, just going through a tough time that's robbed you of motivation.

When you feel better, you'll do better. Be kind to yourself and think good thoughts about yourself. You're so very well-liked on the forum.

I agree it's about motivation. I'm in a similar space right now, gaining unwanted weight, not wanting to exercise, etc. So I say to myself what I said to you: When I feel better I'll do better.

I hope I will heal and have good days with members of ucf

You will, my sweetheart. Just be kind to yourself.

That's what I say too when I feel better I will travel I will exercise, is it an excuse or a defence mechanism who knows dealing with anxiety by delaying the the thing you want to do. You say I will have good days that boosts my morale I believe just at a time I have heard bad news about a relative. Ucf is my everything and I'm so grateful for the support here Thanks all
