why do men stereotype women?why do they have to consider as 'objects'?they sit next to me in the class and try attracting my attention by various means...looking at me every now and and rubbing their hands all over their beard and the cheek area...running their hands through hair while looking at me...singing songs as they pass by me...i am not able to do anything as this is non-verbal and I am stressed out

Why are you watching these men so closely?

I don't know why men do that if they are giving you looks and using body
language that just means they are interested in you. And by what you said it sounds like you were looking at them too and they probally noticed that so if you don't want them to like you don't watch them because that just makes them think you like them.
didn't mean to sound harsh

My husband says men are naturally built that way, they watch and fantasize about women, and given the chance, would do as many as they could!!

I am not sure how old you are, but in our teenage years, its natural to be self-conscious. And, to be getting so many stares, I would imagine you are quite attractive.

I suggest, as long as they aren't really doing anything to you, just ignore them, like they are looking past you to whats outside the window. Sometimes when we show that we don't like something, people use that knwledge to tease us. Just be assured in the knowledge that you are beautiful and special, and don't let anything get to you.
