Experimenting with self hypnosis

Hello to all forum members!

I have just joined this forum and this is my first post

The reason is that off late I have been very much intrigued by the concept of self hypnosis and have decided to give it a shot. I have purchased few of the self hypnosis programs and experimenting with them.

I hope I would be able to seek necessary advice from the members here who are more experienced in the skill of self hypnosis

Welcome to the forum, Vikram. How's it been going so far? I find that most people go under pretty easily, once they find the method that works best for them. But if you need any help, you can definitely ask here. Even if it is almost dead here.
