No.

Do you think the solution can be left on his car? Or can contaminate some clothes if he had some aerosols on his clothes?

No.

How can i help him, he doesn't want to go to a psychologist, he think that will overcome this problem by himself is a smart guy, but this fear, thoughts are very toxic for him.

Well there you go. There's one solution, he knows what it is, and he thinks he can do better.

Let him enjoy the attention you're giving him, and be glad IT ISN'T YOUR PROBLEM.
