Why not spend at least part of today
thinking about people you know
asking yourself what troubles they may have
figuring out a way you can help
and
carrying out some helpful action?

Until you start thinking about other people you're always going to be lost in a million petty worries such as whether a cat has strayed into your house.

Im not so interested at helping people sometimes i help though i like making people happy what can i do to help? To who? Most of people are jerks that dont deserve help

All you DO is complain. You haven't got a clue that other people have their own problems, and that no one's here to figure out what goes on in your office or how you can prevent anything going wrong for you when you falsify documents or spend so much time whining that there's not much left for actually doing your job.

Then you come right out and say you're not interested in helping anyone else, and that even if you were, most people are jerks and don't deserve help.
