stop worrying hypnosis

Hi,

10 years ago I bought the hypnosis session "stop worrying" from hypnosisdownloads.

1 year ago my harddisc crashed and all my sessions got damaged. I can download my bought sessions on their website, but they have updated the "stop worrying" session. The old one is for me a lot better.

I have contacted hypnosisdownloads but they have not kept the old version.

Is there anyone who have the old version of that session that can help me out? I would very much appreciate any help on this.

If anyone have the old version you could either send it to me on mail, or I am sure we could arrange it so that you send it through the support service for hypnosisdownloads because they are really serviceminded and helpful.

I would be thankful for any help.

I don't have that, but a recording is not always as effective as an interactive session with a hypnotherapist. This is because working with someone allows the session to be more about you and your situation than a pre-recorded session.

When you experience hypnosis with a hypnotherapist, it's possible to discover the root cause of your challenge so you can out it behind you for good and no longer need to listen to the recording to provide a temporary solution.
