Shivering Hands

I have a serious problem here. i am a science student and whenever i perform my science practicals my hand shiver. please tell me a solution to this problem

Hi yadavjayesh2000

How do you feel before, during and after a science practical?
And when was the last time your hands didn't shiver when you thought they might?
Is there a different situation when your hands shiver, or is it only during a science practical.

I know that if i'm sitting an exam, or doing something that maybe dangerous or just doing someting that means alot to me and i'm feeling a little nervous, my hands might shake. But taking time out for yourself before that time, to relax, maybe by practising 7-11 breathing, can really calm things down.

yes my hands shiver only during science practicals and the have shivered everytime i have performed my pracs.
