Stopping sertraline after 4 weeks can I go cold Turkey?

I've been on sertraline for 4 weeks and it has been horrible anxiety insomnia and extreme nausea and vomiting. I'm going to switch back to escitalopram as at least I know that worked. However at the moment I am on 75mg do you think if I just stop and start escitalopram(lexapro) again I'm going get bad withdrawal after 4 weeks of using it?
