You can be eating more in comparison to weed, but that is a relative measure. If you were eating 500 calories a day on weed, you might be eating 1200 a day and think it is so much food.
The easiest solution is to simply download an app and track exactly how many calories you are eating. If you are exercising, subtract those calories. If you do this for all of two weeks you will no longer need to guess, you will no longer need to ask advice, as you will absolutely know that eating X,XXX calories a day results in Y change in your weight.
If you are not gaining weight eating X,XXX and you are just too full to eat more, then change your diet. Stop eating foods with 0 calories or low calorie content that are mostly water weight and started eating foods with plenty of calories, like nuts.
For instance, 3 ounces of apple (roughly half an apple) has 44 calories, while 3 ounces of peanuts (a little less than 1/2 cup) has 483 calories. Same volume/weight, but much different in caloric value.
