First off I want to thank everyone for opening up on this site to help each other through our unique and personal issues to gain massive self improvement. Being a chronic weed smoker, these have helped a lot.
I'm 23, 6 ft, 134 pounds, bmi 17, - underweight. I eat only healthy foods and rarely eat out. I probably have a mild eating disorder or it's all stress induced on top of smoking 3-5 joints a day. I clearly need to eat a balanced diet to increase calories/protein and nutritional levels in the 2000-2500 range as I want to gain weight, work out, and turn my life around forever.
Here's my issue, I'm a successful young entrepreneur and musician, but my life is being destroyed by my lack of self respect for myself. The chronic weed use over the past 3 years was just me escaping reality, which has led to the destruction of my social life, (friends, family, business) I've always generally disliked my body and childish figure.
I'm weaning my self off smoking weed to a once a month type thing. I personally see the medical benefits vaping marijuana in moderation rather than the damaging effects of alcohol, cigarettes and cocaine.
So with all this said, what experience or suggestions would you have to help me push forward with this?
Have any of you had similar eating problems?
