Hello :) :)
A few tips that can be help in overcoming fear of Public Speaking.
1)Letting go of stress

Not easy to do this but start with a few steps few minutes then build on it.

Stress is good for our system, you can use it to your advantage.
It sounds crazy but stress can yield benefits.

What I am talking about is stress exists for a purpose.

Its when it goes beyond our control that it leads to anxiety or
panic then stress management techniques need to be applied.

2)Nervous Energy:

Harness this for achieving a Public speaking persona,
that can help you in effective delivery of your message.

For example, when you feel nervous focus on vocalization, volume and
pauses so that the nervous energy is utilized in a effective manner.

Thus your nervous energy becomes your style in presentation and
is transformed into a productive force.

Thoughts to Ponder On:

Stress serves a purpose

Nervous Energy Can be Harnessed

Laughter is a form of stress release

Use stress to your advantage

Focus on what you can control

I hope this was helpful to you,

Good tips, I would also add that it is really important to push yourself outside of your comfort zone and actually speak in public. You may not feel comfortable doing it, and may not be the most happy memory you will hold but it will give you something to work on - baby steps :)

Once you have delivered your speech celebrate your achievement and build on this.

There are plenty of other tips, the one I want to mention is practice. Come up with a speech or idea and practice telling that to the audience. It really does help. When I go up and talk in front of people I feel more confident in my ability when I practiced because I know everything I am going to say.

Few More Tips:

- Choose a topic that is familiar to you and your audience.
- Keep the language clear and simple. Practice pronunciation of words. Do not add literature that makes it all the more herculean task
-Learn to think positive and visualize your own delivery. Visualize your posture, your audience and their engrossed faces. It helps!
- There are many more tips, like use of conjunctions and body language, but most importantly, realize that it is OK! to feel nervous.
-Keep water handy and practice!!
