I really need help!

Hello!
So the last ear I have
1) terrible phobias about pretty much everything (death, heights, being home alone, intruders, socializing, someone being killed etc.)
2) some days I'm ok, but there are other days I really can't see anything positive in my life.
3) panic attacks (sweating, trembling and not being able to breathe)
And this is the worse of all:
cannot concentrate . I know, it sounds ridiculous that concentration is more important than phobias, panic and depression btu for me now it is. I am taking some extremely important exams in a couple of months and I might be sitting in front of my desk and trying to study for like 5 hours and not being able to do a n y t h i n g. taking a walk or whatsoever doesn't help, I've tried it. I really need help. thank you<3

Hi,

It is normal to feel terrible about everything, to have panic attacks most of the days. It is OK.
Do you practice CBT?
Are you getting any help from a therapist?

I don't think it's normal to cry 3 times a day and not being able to sleep. No I don't practice cbt I don't know what that is and I don't see a therapist, I'm 17 and I'm broke so I couldnt see a specialist.

Sorry for the typo. Wanted to say it is normal to have those symptoms when we suffer anxiety.CBT is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. You don't need a therapist for CBT. Here is link for basic understanding https://www.verywell.com/what-is-cognit ... py-2795747
