Finding a hypnotherapist for OCD in London

(Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, I have posted it here & in the anxiety & panic attacks forum as I wasn't sure where to post)

Hi,

I was looking into finding a hypnotherapist for myself for OCD (specifically contamination OCD).

I am in London, and was hoping that you might know or be able to recommend someone for hypnotherapy or hypnosis for OCD in London.

There are so many hypnotherapists when I look online I am finding it hard where to start, as my money is limited so I have to find the right person.

Any help or information would be great.
