Hi guys, I’ve been reading a lot of the posts made here and thought I’d jump on myself as I think PAWS is what I’m experiencing.
I’m a female 21 and have been a frequent smoker the past 1.5 years. Never had any problems except for a bad panic attack last time of use which prompted me to stop, and since then I’ve been suffering from certain symptoms such as irritability, depression and anxiety, DPDR, neuropathy and dizziness.
The first 4ish weeks were ok and manageable, was pretty freaked out in the beginning because of nerve electricity in hands and legs, as well as dizziness but that sort of subsided towards 4 week mark until now. It’s around 6 weeks since I stopped and It feels like I’ve fallen out of my body and I’ve got constant DPDR all day, the tingling has returned, having eye issues such as blurry vision/ problems focusing on laptop (problem for me because I’m a student) and I feel like I have the flu?? My entire body just feels sick but I don’t think it’s the ACTUAL flu. I feel super dizzy just like when I first quit too.
I was just wondering if it’s still too early to tell if I will experience prolonged recovery or if this is a PAWS wave? I don’t have any cravings and am slightly concerned that this might be some sort of damage I’ve done ? I’m not paranoid lol but ever since this flu like feeling has started my anxiety has been rampant so I’m sure that’s making the other symptoms worse. Would love to hear any opinions on this, cheers.
