unusual rage

I have for years had an issue with anger, retarded movements, confusion, headaches that occur after stimulating
activities (i.e. aerobic exercise more than 1/2 hour in length). I find that I will feel fine during the
activity and within a few hours, I get depressed, anxious, angry, and withdraw. It
happens after other stimulants as well (i.e. orgasm, caffeine). It is something
thing I have grown less tolerant of as I age. I have been to countless doctors and they address the symptoms (headache or anxiety) but have not figured out why it happens. Thought I'd see if there is anyone out there that has heard of anything like this.

Hi Hulk,

Okay, I have an Idea, and it might sound a bit bazaar and crazy, but remember I am a very well read Old Guy that has been around and done a lot.

Years ago I read a lot about this thing called Kundalini Yoga, and I even studied it under a Guru for a while. The Trick of It is to Bring the Kundalini Power up into your Head. It makes you Smarter, BUT if it Stays up in your Head too long, it can cause headache and restlessness, and sometimes even fever. SO you have to know how to Bring It Down – down to the bottom of the Spine.

Once you have the Idea of what is Happening, then Working with that Energy is Easy. First, get to Know the Energy and Realize that you can Move it Around. Try This – point your Finger into your forehead, between your brows. The Energy will Collect in your Head where your finger points. It DOES, doesn’t it? Wiggle your finger without touching your head, and the Energy in your Head wiggles too, doesn’t it? Cool, huh? Now Bop yourself on the Crown of your Head (the ‘bald spot’ in the upper back of your head) and then swirl your hand around a bit and then let the Energy follow your hand up outside of your Head. You will be able to Feel the Energy Up and Outside your Head. Cool, huh? But those Exercises are just to give you confidence that you can Move the Energy. What you want to do is get it Down.

To get the Energy to Go Down, get a nice Cool Drink of Water, or maybe Iced Tea – it doesn’t really matter. What you will do is Imagine that the energy Will Follow the Water – as the Water goes down the Esophagus (your throat) the Energy will Go Down the Spine Right Next to It, but Keep It Going all the way Down. Imagine the Coolness of the Water Going All the Way Down as you Feel the Energy Going all the Way Down too. Rub your Tail Bone a bit just so you Know Where You Want the Energy to Go. Feel the Energy Collect there.

Now, I would have Great Luck bringing the Energy to the Bottom of my Spine, BUT I would still feel it in my head. So the Guru taught me a More Advanced Trick. You Bring the Energy In your Head to the Swivel Point where your Head Connects to the Spine. You wiggle your head around so you know Exactly Where the Swivel Point is. At first the Energy will Collect in a Ball about the size of Golf Ball, or smaller, like a Brussel Sprout, BUT that is too big. It will take a minute or two but you have to concentrate on it, going deeper and deeper into that Ball (like peeling the skin from an onion) until you feel it only about the Size of a Pea, and the Pea Sized Energy Ball will feel like it is oscillating… probably in Time with your heart beat. THAT is the Gate! When you can Feel that Pea Sized Energy Point at the Swivel Point on your Spine, then you can Send Energy Anywhere in your Body using that Gate Thing as a Focal Valve – you can sort of become aware of your Energy Body. This Awareness Should Help you to Even Out the Energy in your Body.

But, yes, for years I would Recognize the Same Thing you did… after any great degree of focused attention or work or effort, when I would finally stop and relax, the Energy would Collect in my head. It must be the Same thing, no?

Anyway, take a look at these Exercises I talked about and see if they do you any good. Let me know what you think.
