I lose all sense of anything.

When I get angry I can't stay calm and I literally lose all control and feel like I'm possessed by something. I try to walk away but if the person that I'm angry with says one thing I will literally lose it and I become very violent. I break things and I start shaking. I get sweaty and my brain isn't being logical anymore. I feel like I can take down anything and I have no remorse or logical thought process. I'm just a piece of flesh harboring pure anger and I can't do anything to control it. Once it happens It's going to end badly. This is usually always with my father. I try to explain to him that you can't say anything when I'm walking away or I lose it and he just responds with an ignorant "So you're blaming your anger on me? Yeah it's always my fault isn't it." This makes me lose it especially, I've kicked holes in the wall I've threatened to hurt him and I break everything in site. He can't seem to understand how I work and I always try to talk to him about it but every time I do I just get angry because he doesn't want to hear any of it and responds with inconsiderate remarks. When I try to talk with him when I calm down I can sometimes get across to him but when the episodes happen again it's always the same thing. I feel like I'm the one causing it and I really don't know what to do..it's a burden. My mom has SEVERE Bi-Polar and PTSD issues from abusive boyfriends. She was doing drugs while she was pregnant with me but I look normal no birth defects but I'm wondering if her usage took a toll on my mental health. I just need some kind grounding technique or coping skill I can do IN the moment I'm about to explode. I've been to countless mental health facilities and I'm ashamed to say this but I got the sleepy shots a lot. I've been going to therapy since I was 11 but It never helps. Like I said I just need something that can help me stay calm in a moment of dire need of relief. Maybe something you guys do, or something you recommend, I'll try anything.

I know this is not the easiest route, but you said you will try anything. Here is a good article with all sorts of research...at the bottom of I think page 170 and into the next page they discuss a list of techniques.

Your mental health and your physical health are intimately related, with that in mind, can you answer some questions?

Are you eating the right amount of healthy food (no junk)?
Are you drinking the right amount of healthy drinks? (no alcohol, caffeine, fizzy)
Are you taking the right amount of healthy exercise?
Are you getting a good balance between work, rest and play?
Are you taking any drugs? (recreational or prescribed)
Are you looking after your personal appearance and your living environment?
Are you contributing to your local community?
Are you grateful to the people who make your life more comfortable?
Are you able to forgive easily?
Are you able to trust your intuition?
Are you able to masturbate to release tension?
Are you able to choose positive and optimistic thought patterns?
