Bigger Projects

How do I know when my team is ready for bigger projects? We've been working on the same design projects for the last year. I am getting bored and I have a feeling my team feels the same way. When do you know when your team is ready save for asking them?

Maximizing workplace project productivity is crucial in a team. I think, you will need a management style here which you have to do the planning ,monitoring and controlling. But first, you should have connect with your team and clarify your goals. As a leader you can help create a comfortable working environment that can support your team. By the way, I also heard about a project management solution that can help you with your need to automate the process of managing task.

Thanks for the tip, Nanette.

I hate the feeling of our team stagnating - it highlights the state of boredom which can't go on much longer or else employees would lose interest and won't do their job according the standards that have already been set.

Can you tell me more about the project management solution you mention on your response? Does it have the same functions as a quality management system like the one from ETQ or is it something else?
