a observer shadow

when im doing something [dosent matter what im doing, when im doing, im alone or not] i feel there is something watching me and i should do [and i do] things in a way that the observer dont doubts about im kinda psycho and thinks im doing things ok.
i dont know if i described my situation fine or not due to bad eng. just help me get rid of this feeling.

Unfortunately that observor shadow is probably a hovering parent that you are not relinquishing. IMHO, if you do not seek therapy or doctor, you may experience psychosis because it is too much on the surface now to be ignored. IMHO, psychosis is just break of the self into its fundamental parts and it seems you (the true of you) is hearing or seeing or becoming aware of some of your loose parts (your parents when you were young and you maybe when you were young) and all are just loose integration.
So take it to therapy and hope you get help. If not you can meditate, provided you have space space and listen to what is being observed and said and accept as part of you and integrate fully...that is also doable.
