hello Anon,

Well it must be pretty frustrating to get angry for no good reason and then to cut yourself out of sheer frustration.

Have you ever thought of the possibility that there may be a problem with your hormones?

Please complete the Nutrition Behavior Inventory (NIB) at our web site, and see how much you score.

If you score high you could have this confirmed with a special Medical Test for Hypoglycemia

If you score high it could be that you are hypoglycemic that can be responsible for you all your symptoms of anger and frustration, because certain hormones are upsetting you, such as excess adrenaline. Hypoglycemia can be treated by going on a Hypoglycemic Diet

Please read: What is Hypoglycemia?

And discuss this with a doctor or therapist. Your problems can be overcome!

yuo are not alone. It has nothing to do with your age either-sorry to dissapoint you but theres a great deal of frustration and angst out here in the adult world too! We have to learn a little about ourselves each day. When you find something you like take a good look. Take a taste. Take another smell. hold the moment. Reflect upon it for the remainder of the day. Life really is very short. WE spend too much time looking for answers-they're invariably right under our noses.
Let me tell you why life is worth living-the sun on your face.
Let me tell you another reason why life is worth living.....the rain on your face
