most of the time the hidden motivation of anger is fear. we fear that we won't get what we want, that we will never be in control of our lives and so on.
anger is a way to release feelings of frustration. just don't do anything that involves violence or self-mutilation. it's hard but we should avoid making situations worse. sometimes we have to look outside ourselves and do away with negativity. we shouldn't let situations affect us. don't waste too much time and energy on the negative side of things. be strong and have faith in yourself.
