Book and DVD Review

Hi!

I had my copy of 'Reality is Plastic" about week ago and want to share my opinion of it! I really liked it and I think it was exactly what I needed! Shortly the book is practical guide to hypnosis fun. There's not much theory and I think some of it is more like Anthony's imagination

But that book contains all you need to know to get started in hypnosis! I think it's great book to read as your first hypnobook and I only wish that it would be my first! I read many boring books of theory of hypnosis and it almost killed me :D And in 'Reality is Plastic' theres not too much theory just what you need.

So this confusing and complex text above  is there just to say: if you want to learn how to use hypnosis and start your journey as 'The Hypnotist', this is just the book for you!

So thanks for Ant! Great job!

Sikma,

thanks for your kind words. Glad you enjoyed it. Solid mentor support comes free - if you have any questions about the techniques just let me know.

I look forward to some HypnoAttack stories from Finland.

Be The Hypnotist.

Hey people....sorry to bug everyone again, but I´ve read a couple of books icluding Traing Trances, Patterns I + II, Transformations, Deeper and Deeper (didnt like that much)...can anyone recommend me a good book about speed/rapid inductions?....And can someone tell me if "Structure of Magic" is worth reading?

Can I ask why you didn't like Deeper and Deeper? not sure you'll find the good stuff in the NLP in Structure of Magic, it's mainly about meta model. I recommend on the Ant's book, Elman's book and The New Encyclopedia of Stage Hypnotism by Ormond Mcgill.

Well, its not that I didnt like it, its just that the book didnt explain why certain things work. And I just find it alot easier to learn hypnosis, when I understand what is really happening at the moment. And who is Elman?...Saw his name a couple of times...never really paid much attention though...what is his book about?

One of the fathers of the hypnosis. Search for Dave Elman - Hypnotherapy.
Also read the Erickson's books, they are superb.

Hey Ant,
Just purchased your book!!!
Really excited now!! This will be the first hypno book ive ever bought although i have read loads on here and studied various videos etc.........
Hopefully this book should help me get to the next level of hypnosis, at the moment i can rapid induce from a handshake to the stage where their head is down, but unfortunately i havent been able to deepen the effect!!
Once again im very excited and i will review it soon!!!!

Basically we have added a one day Intro course to our 2 day workshops and 5 day intensive courses. This will be a paid for course later in 2008 but I am running the first two for free. One in East Sussex on March 9th. One in Derby on April 5th. It will be a full day of practical hypnosis instruction. You will get lots of opportunity to hypnotise the others on the course and push past the induction into using hypnotic phenomena.
