So adjust your plan.
You seem fine with 1-3 days...so start there. Make a 1 day plan.
Give yourself 3 things you want to accomplish tomorrow, e.g.
1. Make my bed.
2. Spend less than 50 TL.
3. Do not eat sweets.
That is a decent one day plan for you.
