hard time finding

I want to write an inspirational speech, but I can hardly find the words.
I have the oppertunity to give a speech in 5 days already, omg.
For me it is hard to write a speech in that short period of time.

I had the idea to describe the struggle of life as a rock that you push upwards a hill.
But I don't get many ideas what to write about it...

You should look at other speeches (MLK JFK etc) and take common themes and tactics used in them to help you

Maybe you would find more inspiration if you considered life as more about going with the flow of a river and enjoying the journey.

It's a great idea, It'd really help you if you can find the things that can help you from other's speeches.
