More love starts with your next thought. You can look in the mirror and repeat the following affirmations for ten minutes or more everyday.
"I am willing to change, I am willing to forgive all past hurts and set myself free from the burden of resentment, I love myself and I approve of myself, I deserve happiness just because I exist, I am the only thinker in my mind, I eat the right amount of healthy food, I drink the right amount of healthy drinks"
