Burgers make me sick but I can't stop eating them.

Hey. Hamburgers were a staple of my diet growing up. I am now 27 years old and have just started to have trouble with burgers. I will eat a hamburger, either from a fast food place, restaurant or homemade, and 10-15 minutes later I'll be in the bathroom. It seems to go right through me. This was never the case a year ago. I think my body is slowly starting to reject it. I know i need to start to eat healthy, but my brain wants that goodness. It’s a constant battle between my brain and my stomach. "That burger is good, but you know you'll be sick within minutes of eating it, don't get it!" My brain usually wins this battle and I get the burger, again, fully aware of the consequences of being sick. I need help. I need to eat healthy, but I enjoy it so much!

Love is the healing force. Love dissolves fear, anger, jealousy and blame.

Learning to love yourself more means more self respect, more self appreciation, more self acceptance, more self approval.

More love starts with your next thought. You can look in the mirror and repeat the following affirmations for ten minutes or more everyday.

"I am willing to change, I am willing to forgive all past hurts and set myself free from the burden of resentment, I love myself and I approve of myself, I deserve happiness just because I exist, I am the only thinker in my mind, I eat the right amount of healthy food, I drink the right amount of healthy drinks"
