Need help on Emotional intelligence?

Hello all,

I am working on a thesis research project on
emotional intelligence and its impact on effective interpersonal communication during negotiation. i have searched a lot but couldn't find any sort of effective material which can give keen help in my research work. Kindly some one guide me about this or refer any book/ or any other material related to articles etc through which i can complete my work. waiting for your kind response

Have you tried "Emotional Intelligence", by Daniel Goleman?
