As long as you're asking how to make a bed, whether green tea is good or bad, whether to trust professionals and whether it's okay to see your mother, you remain the helpless whining baby referred to above and a drain on everyone who engages with you.
Like Richard said, you are an adult and you make your own decisions. Other adults have our own concerns, people we care about or are responsible for, ways of running our own lives, taking calculated risks, knowing when we need to change course.
You're much more likeable when you look at other people's posts here and offer advice or understanding. Forget your incredibly petty worries and look around you. Other people have genuine things to worry about.
And that's the trick: more time being aware of other humans, much less time navel-gazing.
