Especially when I'm out walking if I don't look at people or look away, they look amused and as I understand it (YouTube research), see me as weak. If I look at people, they either look uncomfortable or even hostile and some even become verbal.
I try to control my face so that it doesn't look pissed off, try to make it neutral, but when I'm tired I guess it might look "grouchy" again.
I have also noticed that people I meet seem to react to my eye movements, that they are odd. Where I look and how long I look.
Are these problems typical for any mental illness? Can they be trained away/under control or is it permanent?
