I recommend listening to Dr. Morse for awhile; he addresses fibromyalgia and such conditions in his talks. Also, John Rose will help you take the first step and if you try this idea whose time is come, "you'll be in for a treat!"

As always, the solution is get to the source or root of a problem if one is to fix it.
