Help!

Postby lm1a2 » Tue Oct 02, 2012 9:26 pm

I have anorexia, and nothing is helping. I was such a fat person before. I'm 16 and I was over 200 pounds, and now I'm 100 or less than that. I'm 5'7". Is this okay, or do I need more help?

In my point of view, walking is the best exercise for weight and fat loss,
in your age this is very big issue of fat, you have to loss it, it could be dangerous for your health and fitness, so you need to be slim and smart for your health and fitness ....

It's great that you lost weight as long as it was in a healthy way, but perhaps you overdone it a bit. Just eat organic and whole foods to get your weight up slightly, avoid all that greasy unhealthy foods. Over time you'll feel and look better. It helps to have a diet plan and schedule to follow.

Hi, lm1a2. I agree with Hypnosisunlocked, eat normal healthy meals. And be active, simple things like playing baseball with your friends or walk your pet dog etc, you should be able to maintain a healthy weight. And great work with lossing 100 pounds. Hope you will find a way to stop worrying over-eat. But try eat well as your body needs healthy food to grow stronger.

You should do daily exercise and avoid junk food. And drink water many time in a day.
