Excuse me everybody, what is a "Toastmaster"? By the way I suggest Ryan to start a new blog or website about public speaking, giving advices to other users. If he successes, he could write some ebooks about this topics and after a video course. Finally if many readers follow him he can organize live course.

... it's the person responsible for proposing toasts and so on at formal events.

However, in this context we're referring to Toastmasters International. (http://www.toastmasters.org/)
