Lowering the dosage

It's been nearly 5 years I'm taking resperdal 8mg and zyprexa 20mg. I think I came to a point at my treatment and want to reduce the dose to 4mg resperdal and 10 mg ztprexa. I know its not healthy to mess with drugs without medical supervision but I don't want to go to a doctor first they will prescribe an ad that I won't take second doctors can't perceive the core of my disease. What would you say in this situation?

I read once at seroquel instructions paper that it may cure sorrow what say you maybe switch drugs
