I know when I feel alot of anxiety it makes me like that....I can be sitting in a chair and get upset at something and I feel like I am on some kind of drugs to make me sleepy all of a sudden...it is weird.....just go with it and sleep it off, I do that because I tend not to sleep too well, but take advantage and take a rest and then you may feel better when you wake...or just shut your eyes and give your brain a rest...I think your brain goes on overload when you feel anxiety...sucks huh !!!!

Hi SUGA

One reason could be that you have used up your ready supply of energy. A good idea if you experience anxiety regularly is to eat protein every 2 hours at least to stabilise your blood sugar. Eating after a panic attack, when you feel you can again, will help bring your blood sugar back to normal.
