medication

I have tried St John's wort for treating and helping Panic attacks but found this made me really tired, headaches, and drowsy.....and it interfers with other medication. Do you think these types of anti depressants help? i find they sometimes bring on the attacks even more, and not to really combat the problem itself? i would rather combat the problem than take medication, i would be too worried in case i depended on this for the rest of my life.

Hi joanna

Anti-depressants seem to work well for about 1/3 of the population (for depression) - maybe you could look into other alternatives, such as good therapy?
