Having difficulties with hypnosis!

hi

i have difficulties with hypnosis...

i have tried many recordings both audio and video, only one recording i listened to 5 years ago did effect me by luck but the effect was undesirable because its permanent and all other recordings didn't work.

i have been listening and watching lots of sessions during the last 5 years, erotic and non erotic but nothing!.

so in general i have two problems.

1- i am unable to get hypnotized properly.
2-i have got a bad effect from a file that i want to get rid of but cant because of number 1.

i cant afford a hypnotherapist.

what should i do?

You most likely have difficulties with hypnosis, because hypnosis doesn't actually work. As you said, #1 was luck. Luck isn't science.

After thousands of scientific studies, the results show hypnosis can be used to alleviate stress and similar issues. The problem is that other methods of stress reduction have proven to be equally if not more effective.

There is a reason treatments are scientifically tested using clinical trials that demonstrate the degree to which they are effective. Before taking a prescription pill they can advise you of precise risks down to the exact percentage chance you have of having a side effect. They can tell you that 1 in 10,000 people suffer a stroke, etc.

Hypnosis has been around for decades if not centuries in one form or another and outside some stress reduction the evidence shows very little causation llet alone even a strong correlation between using hypnosis and a control group.

yes i dont fully know how it works but i want to be hypnotized by these recordings and really need to remve the bad effects...

i have some recordings for removing bad effects but they dont work because of the main problem!
