Once you get started it will come naturally, the very first step is one of the most difficult.
Try to meditate using tactile body awareness. Search for these terms online, as I do offer training with this but it is beyond the scope of a forum discussion. If you search down this road, you'll find valuable information.
Once you begin to feel energy, try to do more physical exercise, try to listen to music that evokes emotion, try to be around someone you love and see how it feels talking to them.
This is the best course of action you can take IME.
