I liked it, I thought you had a nice clear voice, you smiled well, you tell enjoyable stories.

To improve

You can engage your audience more by asking them questions.

Have you ever...?
Do you know what it's like to...?
Can you remember a time when...?

Your punchline quote about crying in a Jaguar or an Autobus could have been something that was a little more uplifting.

Money can't buy you happiness, but have you ever seen someone unhappy on a jetski, everyone is happy on a jetski! and then maybe project a really happy looking you riding a jetski.

hey man! good job firstly :D very impressed with your confidence.

What I liked the most is the story throughout the speech. Stories are extremely powerful to engage the audience and connect with them on a personal level.

When telling a story you have to incorporate techniques that can help it be more engaging. Here are 3 tips you can do this:

1) Add Metaphors and Similes - use objects to compare them to everyday objects.

2) Try and help us visualise the place you were. For example you say your friends were working a bus boys. You could describe how you saw that was a lower grade job than you as a manager.

3) Vary the volume and tone of your voice. When you want to emphasise a point say it louder and slower. When you want to connect more you can talk more quietly.

Hope this helps
